Fitness Sunday

The first week of the Revolt program was a little difficult, my legs are just now starting to not to feel like jelly haha! I'm really hoping that as the program goes on my muscles won't be dying all the time. But I think it is something I can keep up with for the whole 12 weeks. I'm liking that the workouts have been only about 30 minutes long, so they have been something Will and I have been doing them in the morning before we get to work. I've been enjoying getting back into the habit of working out before the work day, to get the blood pumping. 

I've actually started to noticed that I don't feel quite as tired throughout the day, and seem to have a little more energy, which I am really liking. Also I noticed some of my cloths fitting me a little better, which is just an added bonus. I'm excited to see where this whole program takes me!

Revolt did give me my membership for free but all my opinions, successes and any setbacks are my own. 


  1. I feel exactly the same way since I started working out on a daily basis (I'm doing the 30 Day Shred). I feel way more effective during the day and, just like you, way less tired. I've always had trouble sticking to a workout routine but, this time, I don't ever want to stop!

    Good luck with Revolt, I bet those legs will be gorgeous as time goes by, and the jelly feeling won't last long!

    I feel the same way when I actually get into a routine of exercising -- I have so much energy and feel so great in general. It's just the starting of the routine that's an issue. This inspires me to make more time for it and really make an effort!

  5. I'm trying to both work myself up to waking up early enough to fit in exercise before work and getting my 5k time down to about 30 minutes.

    If you're trying out any new, healthier recipes, maybe post some? I'm always looking for inspiration!

  6. I am about to start this same program but I am not sure I can afford the meal plan... poor college student problems. What are your thoughts on the food?

  7. I'm really impressed that you're working out in the morning! I've always heard that working out before work will give a person tons of energy throughout the day. My workout program for the year is attending one yoga class a week. It doesn't sound like much but by the end of the year, it'll be 52 more classes than I've ever done before :) Keep up the great work!
